General

Do I have to sign up to use your service?

Yes, you have to Register, but it is very easy. You will need to fill out a few fields like your name, email, password, and then you will be able to start using our services immediately from the website.

Can I ask for an image to be done as trial?

Of course you can to judge the quality and service if that fits for you. Please visit the FREE TRIAL PAGE to send the test images.

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 48 hours in generally. There are options you can choose from when you place an order accordingly via our Service Portal.

How does it work or where do I start from?

It is completely automated and everything can be done via Cut Out Image's Service Portal, which is pretty easy. Just a few steps — Screenshots are here!

What image format do you accept?

JPEG is preferable, but any image format you know is accepted. :-) Please note that you will not be able to upload images as *.zip, *.rar or any other archived format.

What if I am not happy?

You will be given an unlimited number of revisions to find you the best result possible. However, we guarantee you 100% money back if you are not satisfied.

Image Upload & Download

How do I upload? Do I need FTP software?

You will be able to upload your images from our Web-Portal. You do not need an FTP account or any third-party application. You will find everything inside you will need.

How do I know my photos are ready to download?

You will be notified when images are on our server and ready for you to download. You can also check the status of the each job from Cut Out Image's Service Portal.

How do I download the completed images?

You can start downloading your images right away using the download link. You will be emailed upon job completion.

Is it secure when transferring images via COI's Web Portal?

Cut Out Image does its best to secure all your data the best way possible. We use the latest technology & tools and practice it in a standardized way to ensure the security of your data so you can be sure nothing is going to be compromised.

Who are you?

Cut Out Image is a concern of AR Creative Ltd., which is specialized in User Interface & User Experience (UI / UX), Application Design for Mobile and Web, Software Development, Visual Effects, Animation, Computer Graphics, Graphics Design, Branding and other related services.

Who do you work with?

We mostly work with top photographers, retailers, e-commerce sites, brands, agencies, catalog companies, web design houses, printing & pre-press companies, sport-clothing companies, etc.

Where is Cut Out Image located?

Cut Out Image's headquarter is in Dhaka, Bangladesh, along with its Production Facility.

Pricing

How much do your charge per image?

Our price starts at US $0.50 / Image. Pricing can be set upon image complexity as per samples given inside the Service Portal.

Can I get a quote and how do I ask for it?

Sure, you can ask for a Quote for your images. As said, everything you will need is inside and you will need to Login to request a quote. Please visit this QUOTE REQUEST LINK to navigate rightaway.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts on bulk image processing. If you send us 1000+ images in a month, you will get a 5-15% discount on spent money, which will be added to your account wallet to be used for any future jobs.

Payments & Billing

How do you accept payment?

We accept payment via PayPal & Payza, 2CheckOut, Skrill, Payoneer, Google Wallet along with all major debit / credit cards via PayPal & 2CheckOut.

Is it possible to pay by bank wire?

Yes, bank wire can be an option for regular clients who pay us on a weekly basis.

What are your payment terms?

We prefer you to pay us when you place an order. If you have regular jobs for us, you can choose "I will pay – later," which will be considered to be set up as a weekly account.

Can you add my VAT ID to invoices?

It will already be there. When you update your billing information and VAT ID, the system will automatically update your VAT ID in each invoice accordingly. You can then print it to use it for your purpose to be served.
